Local television station steals from local town blogger

Can't a guy read his local news websites without seeing his work stolen from his website? I busted mainstream media NBC affiliate using an image from my blog this morning. I'm kind of flattered, but more angry cuz they wouldn't give me the time of day for a job interview. Guess I'm not good enough to hire but good enough to steal from?
